We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our R&D team.
In this role, you will be the go-to person for applying scrum to produce high-quality work, managing timelines, resolving problems, and coaching team members on Agile methodologies.
You will be working with stakeholders, Fullstack Developers, R&D team leaders, QA, Product Managers, Big Data teams, BI, UX/UI, and more.
What you will be doing:
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
• Coordinate sprints, daily and retrospective meetings
• Manage each project’s scope and timeline
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Ensure delivery is up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Full responsibility for the internal communication between the teams and the creation of effective collaboration between the various parties
