As our Salesforce & GenAI Tech Specialist in our Tel Aviv office, youll drive the adoption of Generative AI and Salesforce solutions across our business. Youll design and implement scalable tools and workflows, optimize processes, and translate business needs into technical solutions. Working with global teams, youll provide architectural guidance, ensure system reliability, and support automation and growth. How youll make an impact:
Work closely with global business users to understand processes, challenges, and goals
Design and develop custom solutions, including GenAI-powered solutions on Salesforce, Google Cloud, and other platforms
Integrate business applications, GenAI systems, APIs, and third-party tools
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and developers to ensure successful project delivery
Provide technical expertise, consultation, and drive adoption of new technologies

Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce business analyst/implementer with deep platform knowledge
Strong understanding of systems architecture and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
GenAI enthusiast with experience in Prompt Engineering, LLMs, Vector Databases, RAG, and MCPs
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Can-do attitude with a passion for innovation and self-driven learning
Itll be great if you also have:
Development experience and SQL/SOQL knowledge
Familiarity with other next-gen technologies and platforms.
2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce business analyst/implementer with deep platform knowledge
