Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Identify, research, and qualify potential business opportunities by leveraging various lead generation tools and techniques, including LinkedIn, industry databases, and other digital channels.
Outbound Engagement: Proactively reach out to prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and social media to initiate conversations and understand their business needs.
Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery calls with prospects to qualify leads based on their fit for Sela's offerings and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in our CRM systems.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies for targeting high-value prospects and achieving lead generation goals.
Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to marketing on campaign effectiveness and relay customer insights that can improve product positioning and messaging.
Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed individual KPIs, including call volume, email outreach, and qualified lead targets.
1-2 years of experience in a similar BDR or SDR role, ideally within a B2B or SaaS tech company.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
High level of English
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and engaging phone presence.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Highly organized, with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with lead generation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.) an advantage.
