What Youll Do
Lead QA Strategy and Planning – Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, processes, and best practices in an Agile environment.
Collaborate with product managers, developers and other stakeholders to ensure high quality and QA alignment with business goals.
Oversee Testing Processes – Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Ensure thorough testing of new features and bug fixes, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
Mentor and guide QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Automation and Tools – Active lead of moving from manual QA to automatic. Drive the adoption of test automation frameworks and tools
Define, track, and report on quality metrics and KPIs.
Present Novidea with customers upper management in all Quality related topics
Proactively identify quality issues and drive initiatives to resolve them.
10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience with QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Technical understanding (Working with Jsons, APIs & SQL)
Strong expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
Hands-on experience with performance and security testing.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Experience in customer facing roles
Excellent communication skills in English

Experience in a product-based company
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
working in Salesforce environment
