Be Z Online, a leading fintech company specializing in online trading, is seeking a skilled and experienced Affiliate Manager to strengthen our affiliate marketing program and drive growth in multiple regions. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact, working closely with senior leadership to expand and optimize affiliate relationships and strategies. Responsibilities: Actively search for and onboard new affiliates across different regions to expand the affiliate portfolio and increase sales potential. Manage day-to-day Affiliate Account operations: Push campaigns to affiliates and help them maximize the company’s CR & ROI Negotiate terms and competitive payouts to ensure affiliate satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term collaboration. Oversee billing and payments for affiliates on a weekly/monthly schedule, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Analyze and report on affiliate performance, providing detailed insights, revenue forecasts, and growth opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure KPIs are consistently achieved and that affiliate strategies align with company goals.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Affiliate Manager in online industries (e.g., Gaming, Forex) with proven success managing large monthly budgets. Demonstrated ability to establish and grow international partnerships in competitive markets. Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship management skills with a data-driven approach. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Results-oriented mindset with a proactive, self-driven approach. Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is a plus.
