We are looking for a QA Team Lead.
The QA Team Lead role offers a unique opportunity to build a scalable, data-driven QA organization focused on self-service, automation, and cutting-edge technologies. As a Software Quality leader, you’ll shape the quality mindset across the organization, collaborate with various teams, and ensure exceptional product quality. Drive strategy, improve the end-user experience, and lead the QA services team to success.
About The Role:
Define QA strategy, approach, and execution for the development projects. Provide leadership and technical expertise within Test Automation and Quality Assurance.
Develop, implement, enforce, and improve upon quality standards, tools, and methodologies. Coordinate testing efforts with onsite scrum team and offshore testing teams.
Manages all software quality functions including but not limited to automation, functional, regression testing. Monitor all the QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis and identify areas of improvement. Implement steps required to improve the process.
Work with cross-department leadership to deliver high quality products and services on schedule. Focus on continuous QA improvements including usage of appropriate testing tools, tech techniques and test automation.

Proven experience as a QA Team Lead (of 2-3 QA professionals), with a focus on automation testing must
Actual experience in automation development – must
Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks, tools, and methodologies – must
Background in working with SaaS companies – must.
Familiarity with the fast-paced, agile environment of startup companies.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
