The position
Mobileye is looking for an automated vehicle
Technical Support Engineer
to join our excellent MaaS (Mobility-as-a-Service)
Frankfurt, Germany
Local Execution team. The ideal candidate will have an automotive technical background, engineering capability, customer-facing experience, and project management skills.
This is an exciting opportunity to take part in the autonomous driving revolution! You will become part of a winning team that has been working on the most advanced projects in the world, including Mobileye’s Drive & autonomous Mobility as a Service (MaaS).
What will your job look like?

Act as Mobileye’s technical expert at the customer’s site.
Support the development, integration, testing, and delivery activities.
Coordinate the resources of Mobileye’s headquarters, OEM and suppliers to promote the integrations and tests of the MaaS/AV system.
Lead on-site HW & SW integration and conduct preliminary tests. Evaluate the status of the vehicles, ECUs, sensors and other related parts.
Quickly respond, locate, and manage solving technical issues on-site.
All you need is:

3~5 years of experience in technical roles in the automotive industry.
BA/BSc. from a leading university (MSc. / MBA is an advantage).
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Knowledge and experience with Linux OS.
Related experiences in ECU developments & validations, familiar with HW & SW components, and their development, integration, and testing processes.
Willingness to stay long-term at customer’s site.
Good knowledge of vehicle design, proficient skills to use tools for CAN, Ethernet, diag, testing- an advantage.
Development & testing experiences – an advantage.
Driver license – must, C1/C2 license – an advantage.
C++ or other coding capabilities – an advantage.
