Requirements:
7+ years of hands-on experience as a VLSI design engineer.
5+ years of successful team management.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field from a reputable university.
Strong SoC background and proficiency in EDA tools for design and verification.
Experienced in overseeing development of SoC designs and/or complex clusters, through micro-architecture definition, design, verification, synthesis, linting, integration and physical design.
Strong project management skills, through project planning, execution, and tracking.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, experienced in effectively managing internal and external stakeholders.
