8+ years of hands-on full-stack experience in building production-grade products
3+ years of experience leading software development teams
Experience leading teams spread across multiple geographies
Deep knowledge of Typescript
Hands-on experience with React and/or React Native
Hands-on experience and acquired best practices building backend architecture for large-scale systems in production
Hands-on experience with cloud services
Hands-on experience working with databases (both SQL and NoSQL)
BSc. in computer science/software engineering from a high-end university or comparable experience
People person being able to lead a team of engineers and mentor them to grow and fulfill their career goals
