Required Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Position Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by identifying and nurturing potential leads and opportunities. Youll be at the forefront of introducing our AI-driven health solutions to healthcare professionals, institutions, and organizations. Your goal will be to initiate meaningful conversations, build relationships, and set the stage for successful sales conversions. Responsibilities:
Lead Prospecting: Research and identify potential leads within the healthcare industry through various channels including online research, industry events, social media, and more.
Outreach: Engage with prospects through personalized outreach emails, cold calls, and social media interactions to introduce our AI coding platform and articulate our value proposition.
Qualification: Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority, ensuring alignment with our ideal customer profile.
Educational Initiatives: Provide prospects with informative materials, presentations, and resources to educate them about the benefits of our AI-powered solutions.
Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their pain points and needs while positioning our offerings as solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the VP of Sales and VP of Marketing to coordinate campaigns, share insights from prospect interactions, and contribute to the refinement of lead generation strategies.
Sales Pipeline Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system (Hubspot), ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team when appropriate.
Metrics and Reporting: Performance measured against Key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outreach, engagement, and lead conversion. SDR will provide regular reports on progress and work with leadership on areas for improvement.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred but not required).
Proven experience exceeding quota in a Sales Development Representative or similar role, preferably within the healthcare or technology sector.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a willingness to exceed targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools.
A passion for AI and technologys potential to transform healthcare.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving industry landscape.

Experience with healthcare revenue cycle a plus.
