We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who will play a key role in driving our growth at our company
What you'll do:
Assist with resume screening and candidate sourcing
Support recruitment administration (database updates, interview logistics)
Schedule meetings and interviews
Manage job postings across various platforms
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers
Utilize advanced recruitment technologies like COMEET and other specialized tools
Work with HR systems to streamline processes
Less than one year of experience in recruiting for technological positions, including sourcing and screening, for roles in the tech industry.
Experience with scheduling is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills
