Were looking for an exceptional R&D Team Leader to join our Data Activity Monitoring team and take part in building one of most exciting new products. This team is tackling a major challenge – providing deep visibility into data activity at scale – and has a unique opportunity to create a new product from 0 to 1 inside a successful, fast-moving company.
As the team lead, youll manage a group of talented, passionate engineers and guide the technical direction of a high-scale, high-impact solution. Youll play a key role in shaping the products architecture, driving innovation, and fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and technical excellence.
What youll do:
Lead a team of talented engineers in building next-gen Data Activity Monitoring product from the ground up.
Drive the design and development of scalable, high-performance backend systems.
Own the product end-to-end: from roadmap planning to hands-on implementation and production support.
Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering teams to define and deliver impactful features.
Champion engineering best practices and foster a culture of quality, innovation, and ownership.

A proven track record of leading complex projects from idea to production, mentoring engineers, and driving team success.
Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including product and design.
A can-do approach and a passion for solving hard problems in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
2+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 4+ years of hands-on software development experience.
