B.Sc. degree in Engineering – Advantage
Previous experience in one of the following areas: management and leadership of complex technological projects, system engineering, or technical management
Experience working in the defense industry – Significant advantage
Familiarity with the UAV industry – Significant advantage
Experience in matrix management with multiple interfaces – Significant advantage
High level of English
Ability to manage subcontractors from various disciplines
Ability to work independently with a system -level perspective
Willingness to work in an intensive environment
