Youll work closely with engineering, design, data science, and growth teams to deliver AI features that improve onboarding, engagement, retention, and user value.
What Youll Do
Own AI product features from discovery through launch and continuous improvement
Identify user problems and translate them into clear product requirements, experiments, and success metrics
Build and ship AI-powered capabilities using LLMs, personalization, recommendations, and automation
Drive Product-Led Growth through smarter onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention experiences
Partner closely with engineers, designers, and data scientists to bring AI solutions to life
Run experiments, including A/B tests, prompt iterations, model improvements, and funnel optimizations
Use data, user research, and market insights to make fast, high-quality product decisions
Use AI design and prototyping tools to quickly explore product ideas, while applying strong UX/UI judgment to refine flows, evaluate quality, and ensure a polished user experience
3-5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a startup or B2C product environment
Experience building AI/ML-powered products, such as LLM features, NLP systems, recommendation engines, personalization, or automation tools
Strong product judgment and ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
Solid technical understanding and comfort working closely with engineering and data teams
Data-driven mindset with experience defining metrics, analysing funnels, and running experiments
High ownership, fast execution, and comfort operating in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
Excellent communication, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strong product-design sensibility and UX/UI judgment – able to evaluate AI-generated designs, improve user flows, identify usability gaps, and maintain a high bar for visual quality and user experience
Hands-on familiarity with modern AI and prototyping tools such as Claude, Gemini, Google Stitch, Figma AI, Figma Make, ElevenLabs, or similar tools – with the ability to use them to prototype quickly while applying strong UX/UI judgment and a sharp design eye
