Providing technical support and guidance to customers on hardware design and application issues.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement hardware solutions.
Working with R&D customers on prototyping systems, feature validation and product sign-off and customer support.
Conducting in-depth analysis and troubleshooting of hardware-related problems.
Delivering training sessions and workshops to clients and internal teams.
Developing technical documentation, including user guides, application notes, and best practices.
Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.

Requirements:
What Youll Need:
Bachelors or masters degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of related experience.
Strong knowledge of hardware design, including FPGA, ASIC, and PCB design.
Experience with hardware debugging and troubleshooting tools.
Proficiency in programming languages such as VHDL, Verilog, or SystemVerilog.
Familiarity with EDA tools and software, including simulation and synthesis tools.
Expertise in Emulation/Prototyping methodologies.
Knowledge of SW/HW debug tools and synthesis.
Experience with scripting languages.
Familiarity with our tools and key protocols (Ethernet, PCIe, AMBA, UART, DDR) is a plus.
