A global company is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant & Operations Manager to join its team. This is a key role supporting senior management and day-to-day operations in a dynamic, international environment.
Responsibilities
Personal assistant to the CEO, including calendar and meeting management
Coordinating meetings and schedules for senior executives
Handling travel arrangements: flights, accommodation, transportation
Managing and maintaining the company’s travel procedures
Supporting finance and legal processes as needed
Assisting the sales team, including work with CRM systems (Salesforce)
Collaborating with other executive assistants across departments
Providing administrative support to both local and global teams
Liaising with vendors, suppliers, and clients
Supporting marketing operations, including events and conferences
