A leading technological company in the north area is looking for an EMC Group manager.
Direct all group activities and assets including testing, technical writing and certification, TEST equipment, and TEST procedures
Direct all group activities and assets including testing, technical writing and certification, TEST equipment, and TEST procedures
Train and motivate the groups TEST engineers and technical writers
Oversee TEST and certification projects per international CE, FCC, and Military standards
Lead internal processes to improve the efficiency and quality of customer service such as TEST automation, introduction of new technologies, and HR development
Requirements:
B.Sc in Electronics
B.Sc in Electronics
At least 2 years experience as a manager of at least 7 engineers/technicians in a TEST lab/design verification team.
Work experience in the Radio/ RF /Microwave field.
Knowledge of EMC Radio TEST standards – preferred
Good interpersonal skills
