במסגרת התפקיד:
תפעול הזמנות לספקים בארץ ובחו”ל
תכנון וביצוע של משלוחים בהתאם לדרישות מלאי החברה – בקרה על כמויות המלאי
במרלו”ג ניהול מלאי עתידי
ניהול שוטף של סטטוס ההזמנות, פיקוח ובקרה על התהליך עד לאספקה
עבודה מול ממשקים חיצוניים בארץ ובחו”ל, כגון: משלחים, עמילי מכס, מכון התקנים, משרד
הבריאות, חברות ספנות ועוד
רישום/חידוש רישום מוצרים)כולל עבודה מול שירותים וטרינריים והוצאת היתרים שנתיים(
בדיקת תיקי יבוא כנדרש לשחרור משלוחים
עבודה ופיקוח מול ממשקים פנימיים בחברה
אישור וטיפול בחשבוניות מספקים ועבודה מול הנהלת חשבונות
פיקוח ובקרה על תמחור משלוחים והצעות מחיר
אחריות על רכש חומרי אריזה
תמחור המוצרים לקבוצות הלקוחות השונים בחברה. מעקב ובקרה על מחירי המכירה של
סוכני המכירות
בניית מוצרים פרטיים Labels Private, התאמות מקומיות של מוצרים במידת הנדרש.
איתור והערכת ספקים בארץ ובחו”ל.

ניסיון בתחום היבוא והרכש חובה
יכולת עבודה עצמאית
תקשורת בין אישית ועבודת צוות
דיוק, סדר וארגון
ידע בתוכנות אופיס ו ERP, עדיפות ל SAP
אנגלית ברמה גבוהה – חובה
היכרות עם תוכנות SBO – יתרון
