As the Vice President of R D, you’ll spearhead our research and develop-ment endeavors, driving innovation, product development, and technological advance-ments. Hardware Development and Innovation: Lead the development of cutting-edge hardware products from concept to commercialization, ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals.
Technology Management: Stay abreast of emerging tech

BSc./MSc. in electronics engineering, computer engineering, or related field.
Extensive experience (+15 years) in hardware R D, preferably in a leadership role within a technology company.
Deep technical expertise in hardware design, including analog and digital circuits, PCB layout, signal processing, and EMC.
Experience with multidisciplinary and IoT products.
Experience with mechanical design.
Demonstrated track record of bringing hardware products from concept to market.
Strong leadership, management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
