Scope of this role
 

As a payroll lead, you will oversee all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely payments of employees at our organization for 4 Italian TAPI sites. You will also collaborate with various departments to gather and validate payroll information, resolve payroll discrepancies and provide exceptional service to our employees.
The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of payroll regulations, experience in manufacturing environment, exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
