Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the execution of Bingo Blitz social media and community global engagement strategy.
Craft a clear roadmap that outlines key initiatives, campaigns, and growth opportunities across all platforms.
Establish strategic KPIs for each channel, of platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
Manage budget planning and monitoring for community and social media activities
Lead and develop a team of social & community managers including art & copy.
Lead the utilization of advanced analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and community engagement initiatives against strategic KPIs based on data-driven decisions.
Present insightful reports and strategic reviews to stakeholders, demonstrating progress, achievements and target KPIs.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product teams, Monetization team, and Analytics team.
Build strong relationships with external partners and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of large-scale content projects and strategic initiatives.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, advocating for the team’s strategic needs and sharing successes and insights.

Minimum 3 years in a leadership role managing social media and online communities, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
A strategic thinker with creativity, innovation, and a passion for staying ahead of social media trends and understanding audience behaviors.
Extensive experience in strategic planning and execution within social media and community management, with a proven track record of achieving significant engagement growth and meeting KPIs.
Proven leadership experience and communication skills, capable of motivating and developing a diverse team towards strategic goals.
Proficiency in content planning, calendar management, analytics, and strategic roadmap development.
Data driven mindset.
Minimum 3 years in a leadership role managing social media and online communities, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
