What you’ll be doing:
Responsibility to coordinate between all project collaborators such as Design team, Q&R team, budget and purchasing team, operations etc, from initial requirements’ definition till EOL
Work with project managers and engineers to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
Responsibility for developing and implementing ICPE methodologies and Project management processes and tools.
What we need to see:
B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
5+ years of experience in program management.
Excellent program management skills familiar with project management methodologies and tools.
Ability to lead multi-functional teams and initiatives.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills to lead effectively across cultures and geographies.
Personal skills: Great teammate and strong problem-solving skills, independent, accountable, adaptive to changes in a fast-paced environment, ability to drive people and tasks, leadership qualities, excellent communication skills.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Having experience in IC design, fabrication process and testing.
Long-term planning and execution skills to carry our Networking solution lifecycle planning.
Confirmed technical leadership.
Experience in customer facing roles.
