Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand mPrest’s footprint in the IIoT market. Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the IIoT industry. Lead Sales Efforts: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and R&D teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market needs. Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities. Sales Proposals and Tenders: Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and responses to RFI/RFPs. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas, contributing to the overall growth and success of mPrest.

Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant sales experience, with a focus on the IIoT market. Network: Strong connections and relationships within the IIoT industry. Sales Skills: Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IIoT technologies, real-time systems, and communication protocols (e.g., MQTT, CoAP, HTTP/2). Analytical Skills: Solution-oriented with strong analytical abilities to understand customer needs and market dynamics. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Travel: Willingness to travel extensively as needed. Language: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
