We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Professional Services Engineer T3 to join our team. This role requires deep expertise in networking and Windows environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing advanced technical support, implementing complex solutions, and working closely with clients to ensure the successful deployment and operation of our products and service
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced technical support to our clients, partners and distributers by addressing complex issues related to networking and Windows environments.
Lead the implementation and deployment of solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry best practices.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to fit their specific environments.
Conduct deep-level technical training sessions with labs for clients and internal teams.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, installation guides, and release notes.
Serve as the escalation point for complex technical problems that cannot be resolved by Tier1+2+3 support teams.
Work closely with R&D and Product Management teams to provide feedback and insights from the field to improve product offerings.
Ensure timely and effective communication with clients regarding the status of their support requests and projects.
Mentor and train junior engineers, providing guidance and sharing expertise.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on networking and Windows environments.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, Multidisciplinary systems and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls).
Expertise in Windows Server administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and SaaS solutions.
Hands-on experience with SQL queries and database management and improvement is a plus.
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.

Strong English – written and verbal communication skills
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Cisco Certified Network Professional) are preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
Travel: Position requires 20-30% travel
