Were looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the Security Intelligence team. The Security Intelligence team is at the forefront of our mission to secure the world’s software. This team is the backbone of our security offerings, responsible for uncovering, analyzing, and cataloging vulnerabilities across a vast landscape of open-source and proprietary software. By maintaining a comprehensive and ever-evolving database of threats, the Security Intelligence team empowers developers and security teams to proactively address potential risks before they can be exploited.
As a Product Manager within the Security Intelligence team, you will play a critical role in driving the discovery, ingestion, and management of vulnerabilities and package metadata that power security offerings. You will collaborate closely with our world-class security researchers and engineers to ensure that our vulnerability database remains comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date and this data can be leveraged across the Platform.
Your work will directly impact our ability to provide actionable insights to developers and security teams, helping them identify and mitigate risks across their software development lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone experienced and passionate about application security, data-driven decision-making, and delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Youll spend your time:
Owning key security products, including the Vulnerability Database, Intel Feed, and Security Website, ensuring they meet high standards for KPIs and SLOs, aligned with strategic goals.
Working closely with engineering, design, and analysts to build and maintain the product roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and address daily challenges, while documenting processes internally and externally.
Collaborating with security analysts to deeply understand their needs and enhance tools and processes that allow them to effectively identify and manage open-source vulnerabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Partnering with top enterprise customers and key partners to ensure seamless product integration and consumption, representing the product in customer calls and roadmap discussions.
Conducting in-depth data analysis to assess competition, customer impact, and support research initiatives.
Supporting other teams in utilizing security data, explaining complex security data concepts, and facilitating its integration into various customer workflows.
Collaborating with product marketing to frame and promote security features and contribute to developer relations activities such as blogs and thought leadership.
Leading zero-day incident responses and communication, staying updated on security news and trends, and monitoring competitor activities to inform product decisions.

Requirements:
A proven track record in managing complex products, from ideation through delivery, with a focus on security intelligence and data-driven decision-making.
Deep understanding of application security and/or open source security, including cybersecurity concepts, trends, and standards, with experience in leading zero-day incidents and staying informed about security news and competitor activities.
Exceptional analytical thinking, connecting engineering, analyst, and product capabilities to security trends and user needs, with experience in data analysis and dashboard monitoring.
Cross-functional collaboration skills, working closely with security analysts, engineers, and design teams, and have the ability to pitch ideas, shape product roadmaps, and support cross-team initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex security concepts to various stakeholders, including customers, engineers, and analysts.
