Powered by a network of lenders and a data -driven matching engine, our streamlines the distribution of credit into a single, secure, and reliable Embedded lending platform. Merchants can rapidly implement our omni-channel platform online, in-store, and at every point of sale, enabling them to provide personalized financing choices to their customers. Responsibilities:
* Work with our R&D team to deliver top-quality value-adding capabilities to our platform based on market insights and client needs.
* Define and measure product metrics and KPIs using our analytics.
* Help us make the right data -driven decisions using quantitative and qualitative tools.
* Collaborate with the dev and architecture team to ensure our product is built properly.
* Participate in strategic decision-making, roadmap prioritization, and exploring new opportunities.
* Implement new services, and processes, and manage the continuous improvement feedback loop.

* Familiarity with APIs and ability to explain API concepts to our technical and non-technical partners.
* Experience with UI / UX design specification.
* Technical skills and is comfortable interfacing with technical teams.
* Strong knowledge of the product development lifecycle using Agile methodologies, APIs, and engineering practices.
* Exceptional English, outstanding verbal and written communication.
* Problem solver, curious and self-driven.
* Excellent organizational skills including a strong attention to details.
* Hands-on experience in software development with a vast technical background – advantage.
* Experience working in a distributed environment with international teams – advantage.
* Experience with startup companies and in the field of e-commerce, payments, or fraud – advantage.
