Design and build business flows using robotic process automation and conversational AI chatbot
Requirements:
Hands-on experience on chatbots platforms such as Azure Dialog Flow, Amazon Lex etc.
Hands-on experience on RPA tools such as UI Path, Automation Anywhere etc.
Power Automate is advantage.
Power Virtual Agent and/or Bot Composer are advantage.
Experience with consuming APIs
Experience with Agile development methodology
Basic Development skills
Knowledge of conversational AI Advantage
Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods.
