Young company in the investment field seeking an office manager/ executive assistant for a long-term position.
Responsibilities:
Oversees guest experience, sorts mail and answers and directs phone calls
Coordinates appointments and schedules and manages staff calendars
Handling correspondence, managing file systems, and overseeing supplies and equipment
Arranging travel processes, including flight and hotel bookings etc.
Plans activities of the organization
Internal bookkeeping- office expenses (receipts, invoices, filing and tracking)
Works with the HR to update office policies and onboard new hires
