A software development company, specializing in sophisticated e-commerce solutions, is looking for a motivated Office Manager to join our team. Among our customers are huge brands such as Domino’s Pizza, McDonald’s, Aroma Israel, Meshulam, HOT Consumer Club, NewDeli, Carrefour and more. We are looking for an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks and able to work independently. Well organized, flexible and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
Responsibilities:
* Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills
* Assisting with accounting-related tasks such as tracking receipts from suppliers, tracking
* Customer fund collection and transferring payments
* Manage executives schedules, calendars, and appointments
* Partner with HR to maintain office activities, participate actively in the planning and
* Execution of company events
* Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
* Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
* Provide general support to visitors
* Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
