As a MarTech (Marketing Technologies) Product Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated squad in developing and managing the suite of technology products that drive our marketing efforts. You will collaborate closely with marketing and supply stakeholders to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions that accelerate business growth. This role requires a strong background in marketing technology, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities:
Lead a dedicated squad of product managers, engineers, designers, and analysts to develop and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with marketing objectives and business goals.
Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and gather insights from marketing and supply stakeholders to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and customer needs in the MarTech landscape.
Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for MarTech products, leveraging market insights and customer feedback to prioritize initiatives that deliver maximum value and impact.
Work closely with marketing teams to understand their requirements, gather feedback, and ensure alignment between product development and marketing initiatives. Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality MarTech solutions.
Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of scalable and innovative MarTech solutions. Define user stories, prioritize features, and drive the implementation of product enhancements and new features.
Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the performance and impact of MarTech products. Analyze data, derive insights, and drive optimization initiatives to continuously improve product performance and drive business results.
Communicate product updates, progress, and milestones to marketing stakeholders and senior leadership.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in product management roles, with a strong focus on MarTech or related domains.
Proven track record in driving customer acquisition across digital channels and strategies including SEO, SEM, social networks, etc. Prior experience in digital marketing is an advantage.
Deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape, including adtech solutions, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to inform product strategy and roadmap.
Experience working in agile development environments, with proficiency in agile methodologies and tools.
Passion for innovation, creativity, and solving complex problems in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
