We are looking for an IT Team Leader to join our IT Operations Team.
The ideal candidate has a passion for IT operations management, ticket handling, project management, and system support. They possess a desire to tackle complex technological challenges with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
In this position, you will use your expertise in IT operations, system administration, and team management to lead our IT Operations team. You will be responsible for Servers and Clients Deployments, managing tickets in Jira Service Desk, handling tasks and projects in a wide range of technologies and supporting various RND teams operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a 4-5 employees team, with focus on service and ongoing operational efforts
3rd tier for Users and the Help Desk tickets
Supporting requests related to VMware virtualization platform, OS support, and resource management.
Manage large scale distributions and automations
Supporting storage requests using NetApp and other storage platforms.
Supporting wide range of operating systems (including Linux, Windows & MacOS)
Monitoring, supporting, and configuring complex environments.
Troubleshooting networking issues, including firewall logs.
Supporting NIS and NIS-related issues.
Managing certificate management, DR support, and LB services (F5, NetScaler).

Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex IT issues.
Service oriented approach.

Proven experience in IT operations and system administration.
3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
