What Youll Do
● Help Desk Support: Provide first-line technical support for the office, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Manage and resolve IT tickets in a timely manner using Atlassian’s Jira.
● IT Infrastructure administration: Oversee and maintain company IT systems, develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
● Projects: Execute IT projects to improve infrastructure and productivity, evaluate and implement new technologies as needed, ensure smooth integration between various SaaS platforms.
● Security and Compliance: Ensure IT systems comply with industry standards and regulations, Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures across all platforms and cloud services.
5+ years of experience in IT system administration and hands-on technical support
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Strong knowledge of:
Google Workspace administration
Salesforce administration and customization
Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Cross-platform support (Windows, Linux, Mac)
Cloud services and cybersecurity
