Requirements:
Bachelor’s or masters degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar senior sales role in the the fields of financial sales/payment systems
Extensive experience in the European market
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of building and guiding top-performing sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing a team in-house and remotely.
