We’re hiring an experienced FP&A Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team!
The FP&A Senior Data Analyst will provide detailed data analysis and insights, and develop internal insight delivery tools and BI solutions to support the Senior Director of FP&A. This position requires a strong technical background in SQL, Tableau, and business intelligence (BI) tools, as well as a focus on sales and revenue analysis and the payments sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leveraging data to drive strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Insights: Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to provide actionable insights for the senior management.
Technical Expertise: Utilize SQL for data extraction and manipulation, and create visually compelling reports and dashboards using Tableau and other BI tools.
Business Intelligence Creation: Develop and maintain BI solutions that enhance the companys ability to make data-driven decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including sales, payments and operations, to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
Revenue Analytics: Perform detailed analysis of revenue streams, sales performance, and payment processing metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
Report Generation: Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting capabilities.

Advanced knowledge of Tableau for creating interactive dashboards and visualizations.
Experience with other BI tools and data visualization software.
FP&A Knowledge: Strong understanding of FP&A processes, particularly in revenue analytics, with a solid understanding of payment processing and financial transactions.
Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a very fast-paced and demanding environment.
