Monitor production environment and handle incidents quickly and professionally, to ensure high-level services availability and performance.
Providing first-level support, troubleshooting for all operative and infrastructure incidents for a globally distributed network, and maintaining internal tickets, alerts, and KPIs.
Implementing timely solutions to customer issues or escalating to another team internally when needed.

Requirements:
Students of Computer Science/Engineering or similar degrees
2 years remaining until graduation
Minimum availability of 4 shifts a week, 8 hours each (Sunday-Saturday, between 00:00-08:00, 08:00-16:00, 16:00-00:00) 24X7, including weekends and holidays as on-call
A minimum of 1+ years of experience in a technical support / NOC / Similar position – an advantage
Strong networking knowledge (VPN, IP based network, network design and troubleshooting)
Ability to work in shifts – under pressure, in stressful situations, in a 24×7 production environment
Excellent English skills (Spoken and written)
Customer service oriented
A problem solver, capable of finding creative solutions and getting things done
It would be great if you also have:
Experience working with the industrys major cloud providers like AWS & Azure.
Familiarity with Security products.
