Youd get us there by linking sales KPIs and targets to our strategy, demonstrating strong analytics skills, data-driven mindset and project management abilities. Youd be tracking and analyzing monthly and quarterly performance, communicating to the Go To Market community members the deals achievements, sales success, achieved compensation, and leading cross-department initiatives to enhance standardization, change management and process improvement.
Whats the job?
Oversee Sales & Account Management commission results and identify areas for strategic focus and development.
Collaborate with senior leaders and global teams to refine incentive plans structure, goals and targets.
Communicate effectively changes and achievement to enhance business understanding, trust and clarity.
Partner with finance, HR, legal, SOX, sales force, and GTM teams to ensure seamless and high-quality delivery.
Build and support the development of analytical tools, processes, and procedures to improve our service and control.
Take the lead on change management initiatives.
Does this sound like you?
5-7 years experience in incentive management / business or sales operation / consulting / FP&A / Analytics.
Experience working in a global environment a must.
Driven by business goals, with a deep understanding of the sales and incentive management process and cycle.
Strategic thinker, exceed in understanding both the big picture as well as the details.
Strong control in Excel, and analytical tools.
Well organized, energetic and hands on individual with a can-do approach
A problem solver, experienced working under pressure.
Ability to cope with changing requirements and levels of uncertainty in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal skills.
Not a must but a great advantage:
Experience in fintech and/or online payments.
Proficient in Salesforce.
