We are looking for an experienced Chief Information Security Officer. As Our CISO you will oversee all the cybersecurity operations of us. This role combines hands-on technical capabilities with executive leadership, making it ideal for a cybersecurity expert who can balance strategic vision with tactical execution.
A day in the life and how youll make an impact:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy and architecture ensuring the highest protection against cyber threats.
* Lead incident response efforts, including coordinating with internal teams and external partners, to mitigate security incidents promptly.
* Implement advanced threat detection and monitoring tools to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities and potential breaches proactively.
* Ensure compliance with relevant Automotive industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
* Foster a security awareness and training culture among employees and stakeholders (such as phishing campaigns, SDLC, etc.).
* Evaluate and manage the security posture of third-party vendors and partners, ensuring they meet our security standards.
* Evaluate the security risks and manage the mitigation process (including- privileges access reviews, penetration tests, etc).
* Recommend changes to policies, standards, and procedures.

* Ability to develop and execute a long-term cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives.
* Experience working with various cybersecurity best practices, frameworks, and regulations.
* Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) security.
* Knowledge of automotive industry regulations and compliance requirements – Advantage.
