As an application engineer and a developer advocate, you will represent the various users who are developing and deploying AI applications using our cutting-edge AI stack and running on our specialized edge devices.
You will be developing code to provide technical solutions, across various platforms and environments, ranging from cloud to embedded systems, requiring superb technical, hands-on, as well as independent problem-solving skills. This role will better suite a hacker/tinker spirited developer.
You will also be creating content and engaging with users through various channels, to improve their experience, and assist them in tackling problems and using our products effectively, thus nurturing trusted relationships with our user community. This role will better suite active and community engaged developers.
You will be a member of our product task force directly under the AI Solutions VP, bringing user feedback, and influencing the product features and roadmap. You will also be working together with development teams, customer success and other teams across the company to make our products better for users.
This role mostly involves technical/software skills but also sharp personal communication skills

Application
Custom Solutions and Applications: Develop custom solutions and applications to demonstrate the full potential of our product.
Product Demonstrations: Lead product demonstrations and develop proof-of-concept projects to showcase the capabilities of our edge AI solutions.
Benchmarking & Competitor Analysis: Conduct benchmarking studies and competitor analysis to keep our products competitive and innovative.
Advocacy:
Developer Advocacy: Engage with the developer community, represent user personas, and advocate for their needs within our company. Make an impact.
Content and User Assets: Improve user experience by creating and enhancing tutorials, code-examples, blogs, documentation and other user assets.
Training and Technical Assistance: Provide technical assistance to users, gather feedback, and conduct training sessions to ensure successful adop.tion and use of our products.
Mandatory:
7+ years of experience in software development.
Strong technical skills and proficiency in leading programming languages.
Ability to solve technical problems independently across various disciplines, frameworks, and environments (cloud, embedded, device level).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with developers and users directly and indirectly.
Proactive and not hesitant to express opinions and provide feedback.
