Full time, Sunday-Thursday 8-17 + willingness to work overtime if necessary
Manage the “day-to-day” office routines, ensure smooth operation of office inventory, groceries, office supplies, and maintenance (cleaning, parking, deliveries, etc.)
Management of the reception desk – providing service to the company’s employees and guests, receiving guests.
Handling mail and paperwork
Inventory management and ordering equipment, working with suppliers/subcontractors
Requirements:
– Previous administrative experience
– English at a very good level (speaking, reading and writing)
– Ability to work under pressure and in an environment with multiple tasks and interfaces
