The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships across Europe and US and has a proven track record of driving sales for tech or training programs, as well as developing sales strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction across diverse markets.
Responsibilities and Duties:
– Manage key client relationships, develop strategic partnerships, and negotiate contracts.
– Understand and address client needs, offer tailored solutions, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
– Oversee the sales process, from initial contact to deal closure.
– Handle all stages of the sales process, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing deals.
– Analyze sales data and provide reports on performance to senior management.
– Minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience in B2B or B2C environments within the technology sectors.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
– Deep understanding in technology roles, products and solutions.
– Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
– Experience owning the entire sales cycle.
– Native English speaker with exceptional proficiency in English.
– Ability to work in US business hours due to the global nature of the role.
