About the role: We are looking for a highly experienced and creative Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both UX and UI design, a passion for solving complex problems, and the ability to translate user needs into innovative and effective design solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the design process from concept to launch, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
* Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
* Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
* Create user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
* Maintain and promote design consistency through the use of style guides, pattern libraries, and design systems.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Petah Tikva
* A minimum of 7 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your UX and UI work.
* Proven experience with designing for complex, enterprise-level B2B systems.
* Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
* Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions to various stakeholders.
* Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communications, Cognitive psychology, or any other relevant field
* Experience with data visualization and designing for data-heavy applications.
* Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how they impact design.
* Familiarity with Agile development processes and working within cross-functional teams.
* Experience with analytics tools such as MixPanel or Pendo.
* Ability to mentor and provide guidance to junior designers.
