We are seeking to hire a Product Analyst responsible for developing and constructing automated conversational workflows with customers, leveraging data insights. This role also involves analyzing performance metrics and identifying optimization opportunities. You will be expected to perform in-depth analytical tasks, and exhibit a sophisticated understanding of our system. You will have the chance to impact our product at a very early stage, by analyzing the customers data and policy and turning it into complicated service flows, as well as overseeing the automated support system that we build as a whole. Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience in data /product/business analysis, with a strong understanding of analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, and Python – MUST
* Bachelor’s degree (CS/information systems or equivalent) – MUST
* Previous experience as a customer service professional – an advantage
* Excellent English – MUST
* Great analytic skills with high logical ability – MUST
* Dedicated and humble team player with fast learning abilities
