DESCRIPTION:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, such as maintenance, supplies, parking, cleaning services, etc.
Responsibility for front desk activities, ensuring that all guests are properly received, identified, and directed to the appropriate contacts in the office.
Take part in HR department initiatives and tasks as required (in Israel and globally).
Take part in Onboarding/ off-boarding processes.
Lead major office projects as required.
Track expenses, and ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an office manager/administrative role (tech experience an advantage).
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
Service-oriented with a can-do approach.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Proactive with a strong sense of accountability and ability to work independently.
