We’re looking for our Technical Operations Manager to lead both the technology and operations teams, driving the evolution and support of our products. This position reports directly to the GM and requires close, intensive collaboration, including an in-depth training and shadowing phase. You will work side-by-side with the GM to drive execution, manage priorities, streamline workflows, and ensure that critical tasks move forward efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a central communication and coordination hub across teams.
* Manage day-to-day operational tasks and ensure smooth execution.
* Prioritise tasks, allocate resources, and follow up until completion.
* Work closely with development teams abroad and oversee ongoing delivery.
* Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve problems as they arise.
* Support technical and operational decision-making with hands-on involvement.
* Maintain a strong understanding of our technological environment (Kubernetes, microservices, CI/CD, etc.).
* Help drive initiatives that improve efficiency, transparency, and business impact.

* Track record building/scaling real-time platforms (e.g., trading systems, analytics engines).
* Strong understanding of modern development environments and cloud technologies.
* Deep understanding of tech needs (e.g., Python/ML stacks) to hire/challenge devs, set priorities—no hands-on coding required.
* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
* High sense of ownership, independence, and urgency.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
* A “get-things-done” mindset and motivation to grow within the company.
