we are looking for a Program Manager to join our team.
The project manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing product development projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
As part of its role, the project manager will be responsible for the following activities:
Leading the project multidisciplinary working closely with System engineers , Quality, Production and Delivery teams
Project management including Schedule preparation and monitoring, Budget management, Risk Management, and bottlenecks monitoring
Coordinating all activities related to:
Prototypes production
Testing and integration (lab & field tests)
Release to production
First production batch
Handshake with the production line managers.

Requirements:
Our project manager should have:
A bachelors degree in engineering field, MBA an advantage
At least 3 years of experience as R&D engineer
At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management roles, developing complex, multi-disciplinary products aimed for mass production
Proven experience in transitioning from development to production
Comfortable making decisions under uncertainty and dynamic conditions
Ability to lead in a matrix, comfortable working with multiple interfaces simultaneously
Hands-on, can-do attitude
Customer orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Thorough and methodological approach
In-depth understanding in Radars advantage
Experience with OEM products advantage
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
