The opportunity
As a key member of the Finance team, you will provide critical financial insights that shape strategic business decisions. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across global locations to drive performance, ensure transparency, and support growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.How you’ll spend your day
•    Deliver high-quality financial analysis to support decision-making, including weekly, monthly and quarterly performance insights.•    Monitor and analyze sales performance, gross profit trends, and demand forecasts; provide market intelligence on customer dynamics.•    Oversee on a global level cost control and headcount analysis, highlighting significant trends and variances.•    Partner with senior leadership and FP&A teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.•    Conduct cash collection reviews and cash flow forecasting to support liquidity planning.•    Develop and implement financial models and methodologies to enhance analytical depth.•    Manage multiple priorities in a global environment, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.•    Collaborate with Commercial & Supply Chain teams to ensure financial alignment and support business initiatives.•    Drive process improvements to streamline reporting, improve data accuracy, and enhance decision-making.•    Influence stakeholders through strong relationships and data-driven recommendations.
