Leadership Experience: At least 4 years as an Analytics team lead (experience in Fintech or B2C sectors is a significant advantage). Team Management: A proven track record of managing and mentoring a team of 5+ analysts across various business domains. Technical Stack: Expert-level proficiency in Snowflake and Tableau or ThoughtSpot. Analytical Depth: Deep expertise in statistical methods and the practical implementation of A/B testing. Hands-on Capability: The ability to write complex queries and dive into the data while maintaining a broad leadership perspective. Advantage: Practical experience in developing AI-driven workflows to enhance team productivity.
