RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Leadership & KPI Development: Lead, mentor, and build a KPI-driven product team, ensuring all goals and performance metrics are clearly defined, measurable, and tracked to translate complex data into high-impact results.
Vision & Strategy: Take a major part in planning and articulating the companys long-term product strategy, driven by market dynamics, competition and long term vision for Spines.
Hands-On PLG Strategy: Develop, implement, and actively execute a Product-Led Growth strategy alongside your team to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our B2C audience.
Roadmap Ownership: Own the product roadmap, prioritize features, and personally drive execution while balancing speed and quality.
Market & User Insights: Conduct market research and user analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvements.
Data-Driven Optimization: Define key measurements and monitor product performance against key metrics to optimize product effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including C-level, developers, designers, Operations, and marketing.
Knowledge Hub: Create a knowledge center and knowledge sharing process, keeping all relevant constituents updated on product capabilities and best-practices.
Experimentation & Growth: Drive user testing and experimentation to refine product features and ensure impactful releases.
Proven, direct experience currently or previously serving as a Head of Product (or in an equivalent executive product leadership capacity).
5+ years of product management experience in B2C tech companies.
Proven background in a growth-stage company with experience as a Team Leader.
Background in planning and delivering AI based/native products.
Demonstrated success in implementing PLG strategies.
Great communication and storytelling skills to communicate product vision and strategies to executives, stakeholders, and team members.
Experience working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent English, written and verbal.
Knowledge of Vibe Coding and general programming knowledge – an advantage.
