7+ years of professional, hands-on experience building production-grade software.
3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native, building mobile applications used by real users in production.
Experience building modern web applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, or equivalent technologies.
Experience designing and delivering complex end-to-end systems.
Strong software engineering fundamentals, including data modeling, APIs (REST/GraphQL), algorithms, software design principles, and modern development best practices.
Strong system design skills with the ability to balance simplicity, scalability, maintainability, and speed.
Takes ownership from problem definition through production and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Leverages AI-assisted development and other engineering tools to improve productivity while maintaining high standards for quality, reliability, and maintainability.
